Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Jet Pilot to operate and manage private jet flights for Champions Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, discretion, customer service, and professionalism while ensuring a smooth and luxurious travel experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Operate private jet aircraft safely and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-flight planning, weather checks, and coordinate flight logistics. Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft. Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and discretion at all times. Maintain clear and timely communication with air traffic control and ground services. Oversee aircraft refueling, maintenance scheduling, and cleanliness. Maintain accurate and timely flight logs and records. Collaborate with the flight operations team to manage itineraries and scheduling changes. Stay current with all licenses, ratings, and mandatory training. Requirements: Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or equivalent. Type rating(s) in aircraft model(s) operated (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, etc.) preferred. Valid First-Class Medical Certificate. No history of FAA violations or accidents. Exceptional knowledge of flight operations, weather, and aircraft systems. Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional demeanor, with high levels of discretion, reliability, and service orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Military or VIP flight experience a plus. International flying experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with Part 91/135 operations. Experience with luxury clientele and high-net-worth individuals. South and North Indian Chef JD Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook daily South Indian and North Indian Dishes for Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Cook South Indian Sambar, Rice , North Indian curries, dals, breads, and gravies as required. Ensure consistency in portion sizes, taste, and presentation suited. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Ensure timely preparation of meals as required. Handle inventory management, stock control, and kitchen supplies. Minimize food waste and optimize raw material usage. Follow food safety, FSSAI guidelines, and cloud kitchen SOPs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant, catering service, or cloud kitchen. Expertise in South Indian cooking ; basic to intermediate knowledge of North Indian cuisine preferred. Experience working in a delivery-focused kitchen is a plus. Ability to work under time pressure and manage bulk orders efficiently. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene standards, and safety protocols. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. Experience with kitchen apps or POS systems used in cloud kitchens. Ability to manage kitchen assistants/helpers and ensure smooth operations.
