Role & responsibilities Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP works with overall construction activities. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Prepare project reports, materials submittals, method statements, and documentation for approvals. Manage subcontractors and vendors related to MEP systems and ensure timely execution. Troubleshoot MEP issues and provide technical solutions during execution. Ensure adherence to national and international codes such as NBC, IS codes, and other relevant standards. Plan and schedule MEP activities to align with overall project timelines. Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize cost and efficiency.
