Location : Ernakulam Position: Maintenance Manager – Assembly POSITION SUMMARY: To oversee company's Production line maintenance operations and ensure equipment are operating efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, managing budgets and inventories, scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, enforcing safety protocols, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Overall management of Assembly Maintenance department Planning and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance of Production equipment Provide technical solutions to improve the equipment availability and OEE Execution of machine improvement projects Breakdown analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive action Spare parts management. Preparation of Procedures, Instructions & other technical documents Responsible for EHS and 5S activities EDUCATION B.Tech/ Diploma in EC/EEE EXPERIENCE 12-17 Years of experience SKILLS REQUIRED This role requires strong leadership Technical knowledge of equipment’s Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks and report to management.
