Ltd. is hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales & Business Development Executives for our office in Nellimoodu, Trivandrum . This role involves full-cycle sales from identifying leads to closing deals and requires excellent communication, follow-up, and reporting skills. If you're fluent in English , skilled in MS Excel , and eager to grow your career in sales, wed love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads independently. Guide clients through the sales journey and close deals confidently . Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and conversions using Excel and internal tools. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide daily updates to the reporting manager. Requirements: Freshers to 2 years of experience in telesales or business development. Fluent spoken English is a must. Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills for data entry and reporting. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work full-time from the office in Nellimoodu. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
