The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our interior design services. This role requires a blend of creativity, communication, and business development skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through direct office-based activities such as calls, emails, digital marketing, and client visits (as required). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their interior design needs and providing tailored solutions. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility. Present design concepts and services to potential customers, highlighting unique selling points. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed effectively. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies. Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in interior design or a related field). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Designing, or related discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Good knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Enthusiasm for interior design and creative solutions.
