Role Overview This Position will be responsible for driving sales growth of AMMANN’s concrete product line, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue and market share targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, business development skills, and the ability to lead sales initiatives across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute sales strategies for AMMANN concrete products (batching plants, pumps, etc.). · Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, RMC, and allied industries. · Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business through strong relationship management. · Achieve defined sales targets, market penetration, and profitability goals. · Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend product/strategy improvements. · Collaborate with marketing, product support, and service teams to deliver integrated customer solutions. · Conduct technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and closure of orders/contracts. · Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company policies. · Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. · 7–15 years of proven sales experience in concrete equipment, construction machinery, or related capital goods industry. · Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building customer networks. · Good understanding of project-based selling and B2B capital equipment sales. · Familiarity with government tenders, EPC contractors, and major infra developers. Skills & Competencies · Strong business development and negotiation skills. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. · Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach. · Self-driven, target-focused, and ability to work independently. · Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. · Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
