Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Calicut, Malappuram and Kannur for a Site Supervisor cum Designer. The Site Supervisor cum Designer will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing on-site workers. Additionally, the role involves designing layouts, selecting materials, and ensuring design specifications are implemented correctly. The candidate will also conduct site inspections and handle any on-site issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in construction site supervision and project management Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools) Strong understanding of design principles and material selection Excellent communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field Experience in interior design and landscaping is a plus
