The Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to shipping repairs and fabrication. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality control, planning production schedules, coordinating repairs and welding processes, and providing training to team members to maintain high operational standards. Qualifications Experience with Supervisory Skills and Training employees Proficiency in Quality Control and Production Planning Knowledge of Welding techniques and processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in the construction or fabrication industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
