As a Cards Test Lead at Closing Gap in Trivandrum, India, your role involves defining and driving the SIT strategy for card lifecycle, limits, fees, and tokenization. You will be responsible for validating end-to-end flows across ATM, POS, and E-Commerce via Base24 (ISO 8583), testing tokenization lifecycle including provision, suspend/resume, delete, and multi-device DPAN. Additionally, you will oversee integration flows between Way4, Base24, and Finacle, and provide test evidence, dashboards, and UAT sign-off. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive SIT strategy for card lifecycle, limits, fees, and tokenization. - Validate end-to-end flows across ATM, POS, and E-Commerce via Base24 (ISO 8583). - Test tokenization lifecycle: provision, suspend/resume, delete, multi-device DPAN. - Oversee integration flows between Way4, Base24, and Finacle. - Provide test evidence, dashboards, and UAT sign-off. In this role, you are required to have hands-on experience in Way4 CMS and Base24 Switch, along with proven experience across debit/credit card flows such as issuance, hotlisting, PIN management, reversals, refunds, and chargebacks. Understanding of PCI DSS, HSM, AML/Fraud screening, as well as familiarity with Azure DevOps and card scheme simulators are essential. Qualifications: - Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with vendors and stakeholders under tight timelines.
