Process Specialist -AMC KYC 2-4 years Any Graduate Night shifts 5.5 LPA Please make a note of below points: Basic checks should be done before sending the candidate to venue. Do a round of call with all candidates and check the relevancy of profile especially for outstation candidates before asking them to travel to the interview venue. Make sure candidate is having good communication skills. Educational qualification of the candidate should be minimum Under graduation which is 15 years of education. Send only immediate joiners up to 30 days notice Focus on sending right candidate instead of sending more numbers. Entry time to the venue is 10- 12 pm only. It will take full day to windup the drive. Make this point clear to the candidates. (Most candidates leave the venue stating they have to login.)
