Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with experience of 3 to 6 years to join our team. You will design, analyse, and oversee the construction of safe, efficient, and sustainable structures. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in structural integrity. Experience of Indian and American codes is required. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design for various materials (concrete, steel, timber, masonry) using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD. Pro). 2.Plan Preparation: Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculation packages for construction documents. 3. Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes (IS, ASCE, ACI, AISC codes) and regulations. 4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects throughout project lifecycles. 5. Site Visits: Conduct site inspections to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design intent. 6. Load Calculations: Determine dead, live, wind, seismic, and other applicable loads for structures. Position Name: Senior Structural Design EngineerQualification: BE / ME in Structural Engineering Experience: Over 5 years of relevant experience Location: Coimbatore and Chennai Roles and Responsibilities Hands-on experience in the structural design of International Projects Review and understand the client brief prepared by the architect Study and understand limiting factors of the site conditions Understand the loads that can be resisted safely by the structure Accommodate wind, earthquakes and other natural forces Has to be strong in Engineering fundamentals and principles. Develop a structural form that fits into the architectural form. In other words, the structural form will be limited by the architectural form Understand how the functional requirements of the building will impact the structural form Create a conceptual design based on material knowledge with size of columns, slabs thickness etc and accommodate services Stability analysis Well versed in British and European Codes; Working knowledge in American codes Design experience in Concrete, Steel and other structural material Detailed design including detailing for construction site Required Skills Strong technology capabilities with industry-leading tools like REVIT and SCIA Engineer, ETABS, TSD (Tekla) etc Proven leadership skills including excellent inter-personal and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language (oral and written) Has to be an Excellent Team player, willing to learn and share knowledge Salary: 12 - 15 Lakhs per AnnumDate of Joining: As early as possible

Name of the designation : CAD Designer (Rebar) Minimum educational qualification required : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum experience required : 3+ years of experience in the related fields Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing drawings with high accuracy, good speed and clear presentation. Responsible for submitting the drawings on time as per the committed schedule for the project assigned to the team and achieve good productivity. Filing hard copies of contract drawings, check prints and submitted drawings. To mentor and guide Junior CAD designers and Trainee CAD designers. To upgrade detailing skill / software skill through relevant learning / training as and when required. Required skills: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and CADS RC, Knowledge of Revit Structure Experience in Reinforced Concrete Detailing on British, Euro and American standards. Basic understanding of RC structural behaviour and appropriate engineering knowledge. Good communication skill.
