Job description Overview About Role: Role-Graphic Designer Digital-Analyst Location- Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad Time Shift- 2pm-11pm We have an exciting role of Graphic Designer-Analyst to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies. Responsibilities Assess creative briefs and use effective ideation to produce a variety of unique concepts that meet client's strategic goals Build layouts based on solid design principles and articulate rationale for creative decisions Work efficiently to deliver on multiple project timelines from kick-off to final delivery Develop and deliver dynamic automated creative in print, digital & social channels Understand atomic design principles and how these are used/applied to creative templates Function well as part of a team, amend designs to account for client comments, and gain full approval Deliver high-quality work that reflects professionalism and strengthens our company's reputation Meet design deadlines to maintain a commitment to client requests Represent the design department in resolving design change requests from depts. & clients Provide professional design consultation (i.e. expert advice) to internal departments and/or clients for design projects Help to determine the best design techniques to meet the client's expectations Qualifications Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency handling motion graphics, graphic design and Presentation design work Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate (graphic design or related degree preferred) Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft PowerPoint, including fonts and typefaces Strong creative and creative thinking skills with an interest in and understanding of brand campaigns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on multiple projects concurrently Ability to work within and be mindfully of timing and budgetary constraints Efficient communication skills, excellent organizational skills
