Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on provided leads. • Present product specifications, features, and benefits clearly to customers. • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions. • Convert qualified leads into sales through effective negotiation and closing. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2 years of proven experience in tele sales / inside sales / lead conversion. • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive selling skills. • Ability to explain technical product specifications in simple terms. • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office tools. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
