AM/DM, Marketing Communications

As a DM, Marketing Communications at our company, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on various marketing communications activities. You should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a confident and result-oriented approach. Your responsibilities will include content creation, digital marketing, event planning, media relations, and more. In terms of content creation, you will be responsible for developing content for various marketing materials such as corporate literature, presentations, case studies, brochures, white papers, newsletters, and more. You should have the ability to conceptualize and present information in a compelling and credible manner. For digital marketing, you will create impactful content for different digital channels and maintain a digital calendar for content publication. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our website and all digital channels are regularly updated to improve SEO rankings. You will also be involved in planning, coordinating, and organizing our participation in tradeshows and events. This includes managing branding, event messaging, marketing material, and identifying speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts. Additionally, you will work on identifying media opportunities and creating press briefs, press releases, and articles for national and international trade press to enhance the company's visibility. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA, Mass Communications, or equivalent qualification, along with 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing Services. Prior experience in the IT/ITES industry will be an added advantage. In terms of technical skills, you should have expert knowledge of MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with a good understanding of creative design, print, and production processes. Soft skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, confidence, result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
