AM/DM ( Fixed Assets)

You have been tasked with the role of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Fixed Assets) for an insurance industry based in Gurgaon. Your responsibilities will include: - Heading the Fixed Assets register of the company - Managing Fixed Assets Insurance, including renewal, addition/deletion, and claims - Creating/disposing assets in Oracle Fusion and ensuring GST invoices are issued accordingly - Ensuring assets are properly tagged and recorded in the system - Managing yearly fixed assets verification and coordinating with branches and vendors - Handling PO approval related to Fixed Assets after discussion with user function - Creating MIS for Management related to Fixed Assets and other areas - Coordinating with various user departments for issue closures Your qualifications for this role should include: - MBA/M.Com/Semi-qualified with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role - Good understanding of Accounting entries and principles - Good understanding of Fixed Assets accounting - Working knowledge of TDS and GST - Experience in MIS reporting, trackers, etc. - Hands-on experience in MS Excel - Working experience in an Oracle Fusion environment is preferred If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please share your resume at info@bncglobal.in.
