Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions. Provide feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
