The role focuses on providing high-quality service support to customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and offering after-sales support for industrial equipment. You will be responsible for generating AMC, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your technical responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and commissioning industrial machinery such as coding machines, weighing systems, and packaging equipment. You will conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance visits, provide on-site and remote technical support, and escalate critical issues to principal companies if unresolved locally. Customer and relationship management are crucial aspects of the role. You will need to maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will attend to urgent service requests promptly, conduct customer training programs, drive AMC conversion and renewal, and identify sales leads and cross-selling opportunities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and a provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and the educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree (preferred). The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in secondary packaging solutions, be willing to travel 100% of the time, and work in person.
