About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced IELTS teacher based in India to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The teacher will conduct engaging and effective IELTS training sessions for students, focusing on all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). Classes will be delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook tools provided by the company. Key Responsibilities Teach and mentor students in all four IELTS modules. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and customized curricula. Conduct mock tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of beginners and intermediate learners. Manage one-on-one sessions as well as group classes. Maintain records of student progress and ensure timely communication. Qualifications and Experience Minimum IELTS band score of 8–8.5 (certifications like CELTA, TEFL, TESOL are a plus). 3–5 years of teaching experience , preferably with online or remote teaching exposure. Strong command of English with proficiency in Hindi or Punjabi preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms. Work Schedule Part-time contract position with potential for full-time employment based on performance. Hours will depend on batch schedules, primarily aligned with EST time zone . Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Compensation and Benefits Per-batch payment structure. Contract role initially, with potential transition to long-term employment. Access to company-provided platforms and credentials for smooth teaching experience. Technical Requirements Reliable internet connection, webcam, and headset.
