You will leverage your analytical skills to manage performance metrics effectively and exceed key indicators such as Efficiency, Availability, Adherence, and Billing. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven performance management capabilities. Experience in leading large-scale transitions within the credit and collections industry is essential. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
