Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDP Continental at Ambica Sea Green Hotel, located in Jajpur. The CDP Continental will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes in the continental section. Duties include overseeing kitchen helpers, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, maintaining inventory levels, and executing menu changes. Collaboration with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality dishes is crucial. Qualifications Strong culinary skills in Continental cuisine Ability to supervise and work with kitchen helpers Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Inventory management and menu development experience Excellent teamwork and communication skills Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
