Role Description: Content Writer Executive will be responsible for creating and managing web content, developing content strategies, designing presentations. The role involves daily collaboration with the Business Development, Architecture, Structure & MEP teams to produce high-quality, accurate, and engaging content that aligns with our standards and goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Execute: Oversee the development and management of detailed, accurate Electrical (LV & ELV) BIM models using Revit MEP for diverse projects. Coordination Champion: Perform rigorous clash detection (Navisworks/BIM 360), resolve conflicts, and coordinate seamlessly with Architecture, Structure, and other MEP disciplines. Validation Support: Apply fundamental knowledge of LV (Power, Lighting) and ELV (Fire Alarm, Security, Data, BMS) systems to conduct basic design validation checks within the BIM model, ensuring constructability and flagging potential issues for engineers. Standards & Quality: Implement and enforce company & project-specific BIM standards, protocols (ISO 19650 awareness a plus), and quality control procedures for Electrical work. Documentation: Generate comprehensive, high-quality construction drawings, schedules, and reports directly from the BIM model. Team Guidance: Mentor junior BIM staff and collaborate effectively with Electrical Engineers, Designers, and project managers. Technology: Utilize BIM 360/CDE platforms for collaboration and model management. Stay updated on relevant BIM technologies. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Diploma with exceptional experience may be considered. Experience: 7+ years in BIM modeling, with minimum 3+ years focused on Electrical (LV & ELV) systems within an MEP consultancy or contracting environment.
