Role Description: The Sales & Marketing Executive will act as the primary representative of Ambar Group at the customer end in Bangalore. This role requires strong technical understanding, communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key link between clients and the company's head office. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in Bangalore and nearby industrial hubs. Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure effective resolution. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the assigned region. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and market data for reporting purposes. Prepare periodic reports (sales performance, forecasts, customer visits) and present them to management. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required. This position is best suited for a self-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding the company's values of Quality, Cost, and Delivery . Qualifications & Requirements: Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (preferably in forging/automotive/manufacturing industry). Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory. Technical Skills: Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting tools). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Other Skills: Strong reporting and documentation capability with attention to detail. Ability to work independently at the customer end while coordinating with head office teams. Willingness to travel within Bangalore and surrounding industrial regions.
