Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, shipment creation, listing optimization, and performance improvement of our FBA business. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA operations, including inventory planning, shipment creation, and fulfillment tracking. Create and optimize FBA listings with a focus on SEO, high-quality content, and brand standards. Monitor FBA inventory health, stranded inventory, and initiate necessary removals, replenishments, and stock balancing. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipping of stock to Amazon fulfillment centers. Plan and forecast inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Track key FBA performance metrics like IPI score, sales velocity, and storage fees, and take corrective actions as needed. Optimize product pricing, deals, and promotions to maximize conversions and Buy Box win rates. Handle FBA reimbursements, claims, and reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA policies and standards. Collaborate closely with the catalog, advertising, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields. 2–6 years of experience specifically handling Amazon FBA operations. In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipment creation, inventory planning, and reporting tools. Experience in bathware, fittings, or home improvement category preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Amazon reporting tools. Familiarity with inventory management platforms (e.g., Unicommerce, Amazon) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and automated repricing tools. Certification in Amazon FBA Management (preferred but not mandatory).
