Our vision is to become the go-to destination for holistic living — starting lean, scaling fast, and expanding into international markets. About the Role We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us as a founding team member. This isn’t a “management-only” role — it’s hands-on, strategic, and foundational . You’ll be building the company’s operational backbone from scratch, working directly with the founder to bring our vision to life. What You’ll Be Doing You will be deeply involved in establishing every key operational aspect of the business, including: Shipping & Logistics: Designing and implementing efficient systems for domestic and international deliveries, managing 3PL partnerships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Vendor & Supplier Onboarding: Identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding 135+ vendors across 9 categories, ensuring alignment with our holistic brand values. Supply Chain & Inventory: Building reliable supply chain processes, managing inventory planning, and ensuring stock availability while optimizing costs. E-commerce Operations: Overseeing website, integrating fulfillment partners, and ensuring a flawless customer journey. Process Building: Creating SOPs, automating processes where needed, and establishing scalable frameworks for long-term growth. Market Readiness & Global Expansion: Preparing the brand for launches, campaigns, and future international scaling strategies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in leading operations in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods (experience with D2C brands a plus). Track record of building from the ground up — setting up supply chain, logistics, and operational systems. Hands-on experience with vendor management, 3PLs, inventory, and process design. Strong knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms. Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. Leadership experience — able to build and manage small teams while scaling strategically. Excitement for holistic beauty & wellness and building something meaningful long-term.
