PCB bring-up, rework & repairs (THT + SMD), quick proto builds Bench debugging with DMM/oscilloscope/logic analyzer Read schematics/PCBs, support basic edits in Altium/KiCad Support test jigs/fixtures, documentation & BOM updates Must-haves: 2-3 years in electronics hardware (R&D/production/test) Solid soldering & hot-air rework skills (0603/QFP/QFN, connectors, etc.) Basic analog/digital design know-how, ESD-safe lab practices Comfortable reading datasheets & using common lab tools
