Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and responding to emails Maintain guest records, bookings, and room assignments using reservation software Provide guests with information about lodge services, local attractions, and transportation Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary Manage payments and billing accurately (cash, card, or other methods) Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality procedures.
