As a Training Specialist at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role will involve training new hire batches on pre-process & Process, including domain knowledge, communication skills, soft skills, and travel induction. You will also be responsible for people management, which includes identifying Early Warning Signals (EWS), providing feedback, and creating a coaching environment. Your key accountabilities will include hiring candidates based on client and process requirements, ensuring training performance metrics are met, conducting detailed daily reviews of new hire training, reporting training data accurately and on time, creating training content based on Training Need Identification (TNI), managing knowledge resources for floor agents, coordinating interventions during training and nesting, conducting TNI refreshers, and managing stakeholders effectively. To excel in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, be willing to work in a 24*7 environment with non-weekend offs, have proficiency in MS Office, and be travel-ready. Your work experience should include at least 3 years of travel experience, 2+ years in a training department, and corporate travel experience. Knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus preferred), analytical skills, time management skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this position. Additionally, you should have a fundamental understanding of domestic and international travel, including fare structures, pricing strategies, available resources, and travel documentation requirements. Experience in acting as a travel counsellor, good knowledge of world travel geography, and strong interpersonal skills are preferred. Being a team player, approachable, and gaining the trust and support of team members and peers are crucial aspects of this role. Your ability to work independently, make effective decisions, resolve customer service issues, and collaborate with the leadership team when necessary will be key to your success in this position. Ideally, you should have experience or knowledge of one or more GDS applications (Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo), a background in customer service or the travel industry, and experience in a travel process or agency (TMC preferred). Certification in GDS applications will be an added advantage for this role.,
