Day in the Life: Manage visa applications and documentation for corporate clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements. Liaise with embassy and consular services to ensure timely processing of visa applications. Youll Be Perfect For This Role If You Have: 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing corporate clients and visa-related services. Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations. A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering solutions to clients. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
