The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes, maintaining the tandoor oven, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and sanitation, and creating new recipes. The role also involves collaborative work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service. Qualifications Expertise in preparing and cooking tandoori dishes including breads, meats, and vegetarian options Experience in operating and maintaining a tandoor oven Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Creative skills in developing new tandoori recipes Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff Excellent time management and organizational skills Prior experience as a Tandoor Chef is preferred Culinary certification or equivalent work experience is beneficial
