You will be joining our Additive Manufacturing (AM) team as a Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of 3D printers, AM software, and 3D scanning solutions in the assigned territories. It is crucial for you to identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects, and develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Collaborating with technical teams and application teams to provide end-to-end solutions will be an essential part of your role. Maintaining relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and strategic clients, as well as staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities, will be key aspects of your job. You will also be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. You should have at least 6 years of proven sales experience in the Additive Manufacturing space and a strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, software tools, and 3D scanning solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a strong network and relationships in industries like automotive, aerospace, healthcare, or manufacturing. Being self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently are crucial qualities for this role. You should also be willing to travel frequently within the assigned regions. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with industrial and desktop 3D printers and knowledge of brands like Stratasys, EOS, Formlabs, Ultimaker, or similar.,
