Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities : Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and machinery used in the Pharma Formulation process. Responsible for all the breakdowns maintenance from Engineering side in process areas Equipment's. Responsible to carryout Preventive Maintenance activity as per Procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization . Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and machinery. Responsible to co-ordinate with other departments & to monitor for the effective implementation of CAPA. Responsible for any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior/HOD from time to time. Responsible for Regulatory Audits. Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • 8 to 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry• Strong knowledge of Pharma Formulation processes and equipment • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
