As an AM/Manager - Styling for Motorcycles at a listed Automotive Company in the R&D division under the Product design department located in Akurdi, Pune, your key responsibilities will include: - Creating fresh and innovative concepts for motorcycles and translating them into appealing and feasible designs. - Taking ownership of concept design, concept modeling & development, design thinking, and strategy for motorcycle styling. - Demonstrating a good understanding of the brand and its customers across various markets worldwide. - Staying updated with upcoming and futuristic trends in 2-wheeled mobility. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and technical requirements: Qualification Required: - M.Des from Premier institutes Technical Requirements: - Excellent sketching, rendering, and representation skills. - Proficiency in quick 3D digital concept modeling using Alias Sub-D/Maya/Blender. - Strong sense of color, graphics, and proportions. - Ability to compile and correlate design and packaging requirements to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs. - Capability to push the boundaries of conceptualization within given constraints. - Effective communication of ideas and designs in fluent and clear English.
