(www.amdmedia.in) Roles & Responsibilities Handle tele-calling and follow up with potential leads generated through inquiries, advertisements, and referrals. Share company portfolio, quotations, and service details with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Manage and grow the companys social media presence through engaging content and updates. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction. Attend client meetings and travel when required for business opportunities. Maintain client databases, track leads, and generate reports on progress. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing preferred (media industry experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to traveling for client meetings or events. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
