Job Description

Role & responsibilities Reviewing the key contractual correspondence of the ongoing projects and suggesting the necessary modifications to secure the Companys interest in case of future litigation. Coordinating with project coordinators to identify the scope for lodging financial claims. Computing the financial claims and lodging the same to the Client. Providing arbitration support in the ongoing disputes to the in-house Legal Team and External Law Firm engaged. Conducting risk analysis and compliance audit of the tenders to be submitted. Preferred candidate profile From; Railways, Highways, Metro Perks and benefits CTC : Upto 9.0 L p.a. Posting : Corporate Office at Howrah.
