Role & responsibilities 1. Material (raw material & packing material) procurement, receipt, inspection and storage as per GMP and available SOPs. 2. Timely dispatch the finished goods to customer. 3. To ensure proper inventory management system along with its updation in ERP. 4. Guide team to perform their day to day basis assigned duties / tasks. 5. Timely maintenance and up keep of area / equipment / ancillary items, etc. 6. Follow and carry good housekeeping practices in area. 7. Responsible to support QA for implementation of quality system in department. 8. Staging of material (quarantine / under test / approved / reject / hold / expired) and stock maintenance / updation in system as per system. 9. Ensure timely completion of training program of self and staff available in department as per available schedule. 10. Preparation of miscellaneous report / stock, data, etc. and submit to store head. 11. Report any deviation during the process to QA and Department Head. 12. To handle finished products / goods to stores (bonded) and co-ordinate its dispatch. 13. Daily cleaning of area / dispensing booth / sampling booth as per SOP along with documentation. 14.To participate in investigations of deviations, incidents and non-conformity and execute and complete relevant CAPA as per SOP. 15. To ensure proper inventory management system along with its updation in SAP.
