AM 2 IT Engineer SAP ABAP Developer (integration)

Requirements

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs to support integration processes between SAP and external applications
• Create, modify and enhance RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects as per business requirements
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues related to IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs, ensuring seamless data transfer
• Optimize and enhance existing code for performance and efficiency, adhering to best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
  

Required Skill:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on RICEFW objects
• Solid understanding of SAP modules, especially MM and SD, and their integration points
• Experience with IDOC processing and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and capabilities
• Good debugging skills and ability to analyze ABAP performance issues
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
