As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at our company, your role is crucial in maintaining strong and positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for managing orders, providing after-sales support, resolving client queries, offering product and service guidance, handling complaints, building relationships, and providing proactive support. In terms of order and lead management, you will need to follow up with clients on their orders, ensure their needs are met with care, and keep them informed throughout the order process. Your goal is to make sure clients are happy at every stage. After the sale, you will continue to support clients, ensuring their experience is positive and that they are satisfied with the product or service. You will also gather feedback from clients to help improve our offerings and services. When it comes to client query resolution, you should respond promptly and empathetically to any questions or concerns. You will be the go-to person for resolving issues and ensuring they are handled with care or escalated to the appropriate team when necessary. Additionally, you will help clients understand and make the most of our products and services by offering clear information and assistance whenever needed. You will act as a caring point of contact for any complaints, providing empathy and working towards a positive resolution. Any unresolved issues should be passed along to the appropriate team for prompt resolution. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients is key. You should ensure clients feel heard, valued, and supported by keeping them up to date and maintaining positive communication throughout their journey with us. Proactive support is also essential to address potential concerns before they become issues, ensuring our clients feel supported and satisfied. Key skills and qualifications for this role include being friendly and approachable, having clear communication skills, being effective in follow-up, being proactive and helpful, having knowledge about our products, being client-focused, and always being available to address client needs. This is a full-time position based in our office in Kolhapur with a salary of Rs25000.
