As an SAP ABAP Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and enhancing SAP applications and solutions using ABAP programming. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration, generating reports, and optimizing system performance. Your key responsibilities will involve programming in SAP ABAP, where you will develop and maintain various SAP applications, forms, reports, interfaces, and data conversions using ABAP. You will also be required to have knowledge of integrations to ensure smooth integration between SAP and other external systems using appropriate techniques. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and developing SAP Adobe forms for internal and external reporting purposes. Creating and optimizing CDS Views for improved data access and performance in SAP S/4HANA will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will develop and customize reports using ALV Grid/List to enhance user interactivity and data presentation. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong hands-on experience with ABAP development, including data dictionary objects, reports, forms, user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancement framework. Proficiency in integrating SAP with third-party systems, expertise in developing and customizing Adobe Forms within SAP, and experience in designing and implementing CDS Views are essential skills required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary, along with at least 3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer or in a similar role. Certification in SAP ABAP is preferred but not mandatory, and experience with S/4HANA environments is a plus. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects are also crucial for this role.
