Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Employee Engagement & Development: Drive initiatives for employee motivation, training, and career development. Organize team-building activities and employee welfare programs. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal setting. Support managers in identifying training needs and growth opportunities Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to collect, compile, and review their daily reports.
