Role & responsibilities : Operate and supervise filling machines , sealing machines , and ALUS ( ) . Manage the operation and cleaning of storage vessels used in sterile manufacturing processes. Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols during manufacturing activities. Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime. Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and documentation as per SOPs and regulatory requirements. Monitor and document all critical process parameters and maintain production records. Ensure the availability and calibration of required equipment and instruments. Train and guide junior operators on aseptic practices and machine handling. Support validation activities and continuous improvement initiatives Preferred candidate profile
