Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the aluminum extrusion team. To ensure that all scheduled job orders are produced as planned within the budgeted expenses, quality standards and agreed inventory levels. To ensure proper material handling with minimum wastage of material. To liaise with other departments for smooth running of the Production unit. Develop Department's Yearly Business Plan and Monthly Operation plan. Analyze financial and Department KPIs to identify key areas of opportunity, cost reduction, energy efficiency, and optimize asset uptime and performance. Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all stages of production. Develop/Revise standard operational and work practices/tools to the best available methods and technology. Review operational schedules and Coordinate extrusion activities with the Supply Chain and Operations Team to ensure end-product quality standards meet both internal/external customer specs. Emergency response, immediate action to address breakdowns and other critical conditions. To ensure good housekeeping inside the plant. Implement and maintain safety standards as directed by company policies and procedures. Maintains quality of products by establishing, monitoring, auditing, and enforcing production standards. Prepare and maintain production reports & MIS by auditing, compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data. Responsible for all people related matters for his team; partner with Production Manager and HR Manager for hiring needs; performance evaluation and developmental needs to ensure motivation and retention. Responsible for managing accurate employee attendance and leaves according to company's policy in a timely manner. Plans manpower needs and evaluates production requirements based on daily work load. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in either Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Automation Engineering, or any related field. Five (5) Plus years hands-on experience in Aluminum Extrusion Management. Requirements, knowledge and skills: Extensive experience in aluminum extrusion or related manufacturing processes. Strong Management, leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Must have knowledge of Aluminum alloys specification and application. Must have knowledge of Complex Die Extrusion troubleshooting. Understanding safety standards and quality control measures. IT / Computer skills, preferably with Oracle knowledge or SAP. Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude. Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change in an organization. Preferred Candidate profile would be Age group not more than 45 years Good command in English language and Arabic (preferred) Preferably have worked in any GCC countries Salary Package (Inclusive) & Benefits Bahraini Dinars BD 1000 BD 1200 subject to experience and qualification Economy Class Air ticket to the nearest International Airport to your hometown every 2 years for self and family - if reside in Bahrain (Spouse and two kids -up to age of 18 years only) Medical Insurance
