Aluminium Die Designer

The Aluminium Die Designer position is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. As an Aluminium Die Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing aluminium die casting molds. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring that designs meet specifications and quality standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and refining existing designs, conducting feasibility studies, and staying updated on industry best practices and technological advancements. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, along with experience in designing and developing aluminium die casting molds. Knowledge of mold design principles and manufacturing processes is essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the capability to meet strict deadlines are crucial for success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience in the aluminium die casting industry would be a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.
