Job Description The Billing Contract Estimation Engineer is responsible for managing project billing, preparing accurate cost estimates, and handling contract documentation for real estate construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge in civil estimation, billing procedures, rate analysis, and contract management, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and financial control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills based on work progress, BOQ , and site measurements . Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications . Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on market rates and project requirements . Draft, review, and manage contracts , work orders , and amendments with contractors and suppliers . Coordinate with site engineers for on-site measurement verification and work certification . Assist in budgeting, cost control , and reconciliation of project costs versus estimates. Work closely with project managers , purchase , and finance teams for timely processing of bills and payments . Maintain billing registers , contract logs , and provide regular MIS reports related to cost, billing , and contracts . Key Skills & Competencies: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering estimation and billing procedures. Experience in contract management and rate analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems , and quantity surveying tools. Excellent understanding of real estate construction practices. Detail-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
