The position will be performing an HR role. In this profile she/he will be responsible for HR operations like Recruitments, rainings, Payroll, Employee Engagement & implement HR strategies as required by the company. Responsible for Recruitment, Attendance, Salary Payment, Labour laws Compliances , Registration & Approvals under different labour laws and liasioning with Govt Bodies Administration Preparation of statutory compliance with regulations such as Payroll Process, PF, ESIC ,PT, MLWF, BOCW, Attendance Muster.
