Planisware Administrator certification (Associate or Specialist level preferred) Strong grasp of project and portfolio management processes. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (ITIL knowledge). Proficiency in scripting, formulas, data imports/exports, and data model design. Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and Linux/web server environments Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Nice to have Experience in the pharmaceutical, R&D, or enterprise project environment. Hands-on exposure to Agile tools and practices.
