The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and maintaining the Planisware Enterprise environment, with strong expertise in project and portfolio management tools. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the Planisware Enterprise environment (setup, updates, patches). Planisware Administrator certification (Associate or Specialist level preferred) Strong grasp of project and portfolio management processes. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (ITIL knowledge). Proficiency in scripting, formulas, data imports/exports, and data model design. Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and Linux/web server environments Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
