Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Altroz Technologies Pvt Ltd. The position is located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include meeting and networking with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies aimed at achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities · Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels. · Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads. · Present company offerings and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner. · Plan and conduct client sales visits and deliver product demonstrations. · Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver customized solutions. · Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business objectives. · Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closure of deals. · Update and manage client interactions on CRM tools. Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. · 1 – 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT/Technology sector preferred). · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Strong ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships. · Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and demos. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. · Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
