Job Title: Sales and Tender Executive Experience: 1.5 5 years Education: B.Sc / M.Sc Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Tender Executive with a strong background in molecular diagnostics, specifically in RTPCR and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing government tenders and sales, particularly in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh (MP). This role requires excellent negotiation skills, an understanding of government procurement processes, and the ability to drive sales growth in the diagnostics sector. Key Responsibilities Government Tender Management: Identify and track government tenders related to diagnostics, molecular testing, and RTPCR assays in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and MP. Prepare, submit, and follow-up on government tender documentation ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions. Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies focused on government accounts and institutional customers in the target regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, hospital procurement teams, and key stakeholders. Achieve sales targets by promoting Altona Diagnostics RTPCR and molecular diagnostic product portfolio. Provide technical support and product information to customers to facilitate purchase decisions. Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats in government diagnostics sales. Generate regular sales reports, tender status updates, and pipeline forecasts for senior management. Customer Engagement: Participate in government and institutional meetings, conferences, and seminars to represent Altona Diagnostics. Provide feedback from customers and tenders to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1.5 to 5 years of experience in sales and tender management within the diagnostics or healthcare industry. Proven experience in handling government tenders and government sales in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and MP. Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics, especially RTPCR technology and related products. Educational qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking and tender management. Willingness to relocate to Mumbai if not currently based there.
