Job Title: Front/Counter Sales Executive Location: Maznica Chocolate Showroom, Alwarpet, Mylapore, Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Maznica Chocolate is a premium chocolate brand known for its high-quality artisanal chocolates, elegant gifting collections, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our showroom team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations based on preferences and occasions. Explain chocolate varieties, ingredients, flavours, pricing, and offers. Assist customers in choosing gift boxes, hampers, and custom assortments. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the showroom manager. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally. Counter & Billing Operations Operate the billing system and process cash, card, UPI payments accurately. Maintain proper billing records and ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied. Pack chocolates carefully to maintain product quality and ensure attractive presentation. Store Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and display shelves. Arrange products attractively as per visual merchandising guidelines. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, counting, and replenishment. Ensure chocolates are stored at the right temperature and handled safely. Brand Representation Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with brand standards. Promote new arrivals, festival collections, and special offers to customers. Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and contribute to brand loyalty. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: +2 / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream). Experience: 35 years in showroom sales, retail, hospitality, or food outlets preferred. Skills: Excellent communication in English and Tamil. Strong customer-handling and sales skills. Basic computer and billing knowledge. Polite, energetic, and positive attitude. Other Requirements: Willingness to work in showroom timings, weekends, and festival seasons. Passion for chocolates and customer service is a plus.
