Roles & Responsibilities: Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions based on pre-defined incentive structures. Maintain and audit documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate commission processing. Manage and update performance dashboards to track incentive effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Perform variance analysis and resolve discrepancies to ensure payment accuracy. Support forecasting and budgeting activities related to sales incentives. Participate in ongoing improvements to documentation and reporting processes. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation using macros. Leverage IDOC or similar documentation tools for enhanced tracking and compliance. Apply Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation, when applicable. Experience Requirement: 4-8 years of experience in commissions analysis, incentive tracking, or related data analytics roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and PivotTables. Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and financial reports. Prior experience working in a sales operations or finance environment. Exposure to tools like Alteryx and IDOC is an advantage. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Education: Any Graduation.
