Hiring for hybrid Business Analyst + Data Analyst + Application Support role focused on Regulatory Reporting in APAC . Note: The candidate must know Alteryx well , be comfortable with data-driven regulatory reports , handle production issues (L2/L3) , and work in an Agile project environment . Job Description - Regulatory Reporting Analyst (Alteryx / APAC Region) Position Purpose: The role involves collaborating with Finance users across APAC, designing and implementing automated reporting solutions on our in-house Flexel platform (supporting 700+ reports across 9 countries), and ensuring seamless production support. The candidate will play a hybrid role across Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Solution Design, and L2/L3 Production Support . Responsibilities: Project & Solution Design: Gather user requirements and translate them into functional and technical design. Hands-on development and workflow automation using Alteryx Designer . Maintain global functional design documentation and data dictionaries. Guide stakeholders through solution design and participate in architecture decisions. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira). Production Support (L2/L3) Provide L2/L3 support for APAC regional regulatory reporting applications. Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Collaborate with L1 teams for timely issue resolution and process improvements. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer / Workflow Automation tools . Strong expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Process Automation . Knowledge of SDLC methodologies , Agile (Scrum/Kanban) , and tools such as Jira . Experience in testing phases (SIT/UAT) and production support (L2/L3). Exposure to Change Management & Release Management processes . Domain & Preferred Skills Knowledge of Financial/Regulatory Reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Basel III LCR). Familiarity with Finance/Banking industry reporting frameworks . Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile (preferred but not mandatory). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics , or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Alteryx development or similar workflow management tools. Location APAC Region (onsite/remote flexibility based on organization policy).
